The yield to investors will vary depending on the fund invested in. Our leveraged fund will typically have the lowest cash yield of around 4%. However, this does not include appreciation or loan paydown. Our investors expected cash yield on our standard STR fund is 7% and our Renovation STR Fund is expected to have a 10%+ cash yield. These yields are after our funds 1% management fee and 10% performance fee.
For us our Airbnb investment strategy is simple, while many fractional investment companies only want to buy properties in well known areas to sell out the offering and get their 10% “service fee”, we are focused on being a fiduciary for your real estate investment. We are doing real estate investing in properties to make money for our investors. This is the only true way for a fractional airbnb investment company to grow large.
